Reporting again directly from the Rockefeller Foundation report from 2010 which is entitled, “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development:”
Following on from Sunday’ night’s post, this very key 2010 document is worth a further look, for its extreme and therefore highly interesting relevance to what we are all now living in within real life on planet earth.
For those of you are aware of history, the Rockefeller family are synonymous with a lot of ‘tomfoolery’ from throughout USA history. Those of you less familiar, can go and look the Rockefeller’s up and do your own homework on them. But what you won’t find out too easily elsewhere is that Mr Bill G*tes, ( Bill from last few previous blog posts) is a far out relation of the Rockefeller’s. This isn’t really a surprise. They are both, conveniently, into the philosophy of eugenics and de-population, but we will save that all for another time. Suffice it to say for now, for clarity for those that don’t know, eugenics is the (disturbing) study of how to arrange reproduction within a human population to increase the occurrence of heritable characteristics deemed to be desirable.
Looking at this aforementioned document published by the self-described philanthropic Rockefeller Foundation in conjunction with the Global Business Network, back in May 2010, it comes as no surprise on one level that such a document of this nature may exist. Simulated events and imagined scenarios are not strange entities in and of themselves. However what is dubious and suspicion arousing, at best, is the nature of the contents, and distinct closeness to today’s world events, found in one of its supposedly fictitious scenarios, that is frankly extremely disturbing when considered in conjunction with ‘Event 201′ – the G*ates’ Foundation sponsored pandemic simulation event held in New York last year, on 18th October 2019.
In it’s introduction, Judith Rodin, the R*ckefeller Foundation President at the time of ‘Scenarios For The Future of Technology and International Development in 2010, states, “One important -and novel – component of our strategy toolkit is scenario planning. a process of creating narratives about the future based on factors likely to affect a particular set of challenges and opportunities.
“We believe that scenario planning has great potential for use in philanthropy to identify unique interventions, simulate and rehearse important decisions that could have profound implications, and highlight previously undiscovered areas for connection and intersection. Most important, by providing a methodological structure that helps focus on what we don’t know – instead of what we already know – scenario planning allows us to achieve impact more effectively.”
What impact?
What are the R*ckefeller Foundation hoping to achieve more effectively coming from a eugenics philosophically oriented background?
One can only imagine.
In this R*ckefeller document, four fictitious possible scenarios play out, of what could happen on the earth, as they see it, in which the world is imagined, “in order to broaden and deepen our individual and collective understanding of the range of possibilities,” which technology in the future, “will impact international development.” (page 9 of the document).
One of these fictitious imaginary scenarios, is called the “Lock Step” simulation scenario.
The reason it’s extremely worth bringing the Lock Step scenario to particular focus and attention here, ten years on, is because, shockingly or not as the case may be, we are basically now in 2020 – TEN YEARS ON – living amidst the outworking and reality of this particular scenario coming true. The epidemic and Covid-19 health crisis we are living in is unfolding in complete step with this document!
Coincidental eh?
Believe that if you want to.
But believe so at yours and your own family’s peril, while we waltz further into it, with most UK and Irish citizens in complete ignorance and apathy of even a tiny hint of what lies behind and beyond the mainstream agenda and narrative now being heavily pumped out by both Government and mainstream media hand-in-hand.
It’s worth pointing out, again, it’s amazing how those bats in those caves in China knew how to create a virus that would eventually cause the mimicking of the Rockefeller Foundation’s ‘Lock Step’ scenario, together in combination with G*tes simulation “Event 201” held in October last year, as mentioned briefly last time, able to pick out black and ethnic minority people, together with Jews, and some other specific people groups, to target and particularly affect them. Those are pretty darn clever bats over there in China that’s for sure. Its quite impossible not to admire such creative and clever bats.
‘Lock Step’ simulation scenario describes – in candid, bold detail – a coronavirus-like pandemic that becomes the trigger for imposition of a, “police state controls on movement, economy and other areas of society.”
Lock Step goes on to describe, “a world of tighter top-down Governmental control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.”
In other words, CONTROL is clearly and openly one of the main goals of everything it presents, and we are currently in the midst of.
Greater authoritarian leadership and Governmental control.
And where does control come from?
When fear and control are rising upon planet earth, where or whom are these from?
At one point in the Lock Step simulated scenario, it says, “During the pandemic national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarket. Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stick and even intensified.” (Pg.19 of the Rockefeller Foundation document).
In other words a global plan to see the Governmental mandating of face mask wearing was in the pipeline by global billionaire philanthropists and clear – from this evidence – as far back as 2010.
Hence why no matter whether the virus has taken hold in a place or not, geographically, the greater Governmental directive, EVERYWHERE at present, is not protection from a virus, per se, but control and COMPLIANCE. Hence if one listens, even to the rather actually powerless Northern Ireland politicians, such as Robin Swann and others tonight or Michelle O’Nell, for example, last night on television news, as this matter was and is being further implemented and mandated in Northern Ireland, if one listened very carefully, the language was and is all about “compliance“, not actually stopping a virus. Again, don’t take my word for it – listen to the news later or go watch it online. Politicians everywhere are interested first and foremost in control and compliance now. This is what it’s all about now.
Why was this done?
According to this ‘Scenarios For the Future of Technology and International Developement,’ Lock Step simulation (from 2010, I repeat) it was to, “protect themselves from pandemics and transnational terrorism to environmental crises and rising poverty – leaders around the world took a firmer grip on power.”
The document goes on to openly state:
” At first the notion of a more controlled world gained wide acceptance and approval. Citizens willingly gave up some of their sovereignty – and their privacy – to more paternalistic states in exchange for greater safety and stability. Citizens were more tolerant, and even eager, for top-down direction and oversight, and national leaders had more latitude to impose order in the ways they saw fit. In developed countries, this heightened oversight took many forms: bio-metric IDs for all citizens, for example, and tighter regulation of key industries whose stability was deemed vital to national interests. In many developed countries, enforced co-operation with a suite of new regulations and agreements slowly but steadily restored both order and, importantly, economic growth.” (Pg 19).
What can we expect to come for the poorer nations of the world then at present and beyond?
“Across the developing world, however, the story was different – and much more variable. Top down authority took different forms in different countries, hinging largely on the capacity, caliber and intentions of their leaders. In countries with strong and thoughtful leaders, citizens overall economic status and quality of life increased….”
Expect the outlawing of high emitting vehicles in certain countries such as India who are set to be used as an experiment, as the document gives a specific mention of this on page 19.
“…But more authoritarian leadership worked less well – and in some cases tragically – in countries run by irresponsible elites who used their increased power to pursue their own interests at the expense of their citizens.”
We are currently witnessing and living within a combination of the Bill and Melinda G*tes Foundation sponsored “Event 201” simulated pandemic event, (held in New York last October, 2019) and this Rockefeller Foundation document published in May 2010.
So what more can we expect in the upcoming short and long term future, from what we know here in this scenario?
Page 21: “China’s investment in Africa expanded as the bargain of new jobs and infrastructure in exchange for access to key minerals or food exports proved agreeable to many governments. Cross-border ties proliferated in the form of official security aid. While the deployment of foreign security teams was welcomed in some of the most dire failed states, one-size-fits-all solutions yielded few results.
“By 2025, people seemed to be growing weary of so much top down control and letting leaders and authorities make choices for them. Wherever national interests clashed with individual interests, there was conflict. Sporadic push-back became increasingly organized and co-ordinated, as disaffected youth and people who had seen their status and opportunities slip away -largely in developing countries -incited civil unrest.
In other words, the writers of the R*ckefeller Foundation document in 2010 won’t even be one bit surprised if and when civil unrest were to return to Northern Ireland. in coming subsequent months or years as a result of what’s going on and going to go on now, in the aftermath of this pandemic, however you believe it came about. They’ve even written of their expectation of such outcomes here.
Get ready for what’s up ahead.
The Rockefeller Foundation even went on to predict what’s up ahead for Africa:
A prediction for Nigeria, specifically, was this: “IN 2026, protestors in Nigeria brought down the Government, fed up with the entrenched cronyism and corruption. Even those who liked the greater stability and unpredictability of this world began to grow uncomfortable and constrained by so many tight rules and by the strictness of national boundaries. The feeling lingered that sooner or later, something would inevitably upset the neat order that the world’s Governments had worked so hard to establish.” (pg 21, ‘Scenarios For The Future of Technology and International Development.”
Consider this information and look into it more for yourselves, amidst the widespread censorship that is accelerating rapidly unabated.
I like to remember Ephesians 6, which the last post began with, “Our struggle is not against flesh and blood”. It’s not even about G*tes and the Rockefeller Foundation. It’s bigger and darker than any one or two human entities.
Immunity passports, immunity cards, bio-metrics and mandatory vaccines – these are all what it’s really all about, and what are happening and progressing towards now.
Not some time far in the future, but now.
